Return and Refund Policy
Items Not Damaged from or Lost in Transit
On items purchased from us, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund in accordance with the following provisions: returns are to be sent within ten days of your receipts of the item(s).* Return instructions (regarding shipping method, insurance, etc.), which will accompany your shipment, must be followed. Returned items are to be shipped back to us in the same condition in which we shipped them. After our receipt of the return, in accordance with the above conditions, we will process the exchange or refund. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges. *For purchases made between November 1 and December 15, we will accept returns shipped to us by January 10, of the following year.
Items Damaged from or Lost in Transit
We package all items with great care and ship them F.O.B. shipping point, fully insured, through the carrier (typically the U.S. Postal Service). In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, your claim is with the carrier. With every shipment, we provide instructions regarding the process of filing a claim with the carrier.
Pricing and Errors
Any prices or typographic or photographic errors are subject to our correction without prior notice. In the event such an error is a factor in your order, we will contact you for approval prior to processing your order.
